As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Head of B2C Brands who will be hands-on, leading the activity of our two B2C brands, covering player operations, brand ownership, crm marketing efforts, ensuring the overall success and profitability of the brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive to success of our B2C branch (P&L, KPIs, strategy)
  • Lead and develop our B2C marketing team (VIP, CRM, Casino)
  • Lead and develop our player operations teams
  • Champion data-informed initiatives that generate measurable value
  • Identify and implement process improvements across all B2C operational functions
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Promote and coordinate training and development programs for the B2C team
  • Monitor industry trends, innovations, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Substantial experience in an operational leadership role, within the regulated iGaming industry

  • Strong working knowledge of compliance, player operations, and marketing in online casino environments

  • Demonstrated success in building and optimizing cross-functional processes

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to deep-dive into operational details

  • Strong people leader with experience managing and mentoring multi-disciplinary teams

  • Great organisational skills and ability to follow multiple threads at the same time

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
