Founded in 2008, we provide internet technology, software, and media services for the cannabis industry. We serve consumers and businesses across the U.S. and worldwide. Our work covers internet technology, software, media services, marketing, web media, and SaaS. We also support medical marijuana education and advocacy.

We develop both consumer and business products. Our mobile apps for iOS and Android help users discover, browse, and order cannabis products, while also offering personalization and social features. For businesses, we build and maintain data pipelines, analytics frameworks, and AI/ML models. We also offer self-service tools that help teams with customer acquisition, retention, and growth, navigating e-commerce and regulatory hurdles.

Our security program focuses on automation and vulnerability management. We also handle creative operations, content strategy, and paid media across digital and offline channels.

Weedmaps employs between 501 and 1000 people. We foster collaboration among our cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, data science, business units, marketing, revenue, and creative departments. We also prioritize scaling security through self-service tools and secure development.
