We’re looking for a high-performing, decisive, and experienced product leader to join our Real Estate leadership team at OLX Europe. If you thrive in complex environments, move fast without compromising depth, and know how to build products that customers and businesses love - this role is for you.
Please note that this role is based in Poland only - you can work remotely from anywhere in Poland or from one of our offices in Poznań, Warsaw, or Kraków. OLX does not offer relocation support, so you must already be based in Poland and eligible to work here.
What you’ll do
- Set the strategy and pace: Build and lead a state-of-the-art product strategy across European markets -balancing local insight with scalable platforms.
- Drive measurable outcomes: You don’t just ship features - you drive business impact. Define success, obsess over data, and continuously iterate to deliver results that matter.
- Develop and lead a strong team: Coach and elevate a team of high-caliber Product Managers and Researchers. Set the bar, stretch it, and support your team to grow beyond it.
- Shape the future: From market opportunities to product propositions - own the full lifecycle from opportunity spotting to sunsetting.
- Be the voice of the customer: Back your decisions with insights, not assumptions. Use research, analytics, and customer conversations to solve real problems in lovable ways.
- Partner to win: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing. Align efforts, scale faster, and go to market with confidence and clarity.
- Make it visible: Communicate with sharpness - from board-level updates to on-the-ground execution plans. Lead roadmap planning, roll-out and roll-back strategies, and launch plans with swagger and substance.
What you bring
- Senior-level experience in Product Management, ideally in a high-traffic B2C or platform-based environment with international exposure.
- Leadership acumen: Proven success leading and growing high-performing product teams. You know how to hire, coach, and inspire. You have at least 3 years of experience managing other Product Managers in fast-paced companies of similar scale to OLX.
- Bias for action and precision: You operate with urgency, but never without rigor. You balance speed with quality, instinct with insight.
- Sharp judgment: You understand when to listen, when to push back, and when to double down. You challenge constructively and collaborate decisively.
- Strong product and design sense: You’re not a passenger in design or tech discussion - you co-pilot with confidence.
- Customer-first, commercially aware: You turn deep customer understanding into scalable, profitable product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills: You simplify complexity, tell compelling stories, and build influence across all levels.
- Experience in Real Estate is a plus - but curiosity and drive to learn the domain fast are just as valued.
