Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the global footprint of Om Nom Stories, Cut the Rope, Bullet Echo and other ZeptoLab properties.
Set up KPI goals, contribute to PnL growth.
Seek out new opportunities and cross-industry collaborations to grow ZeptoLab’s brand presence.
Lead and mentor the Business development team focusing on Franchise products (Cut the Rope/ Om Nom) and Mobile Game partnerships.
Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including TV networks, VOD platforms, game publishers, and distribution partners.
Lead negotiations and secure high-value contracts to drive business growth.
Present and pitch ZeptoLab’s existing and new products to potential partners, showcasing their value and potential.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities in both Animation and Mobile Games markets.
Identify new monetization models and creative revenue streams to enhance ZeptoLab’s business strategy.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in business development in the gaming industry.
Proven track record of successful deal negotiations, licensing agreements, and partnership growth.
Strong leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and inspiring a team.
Crush on games.
Creative and strategic thinker who can identify and develop innovative business opportunities.
Trans media global brands and franchises experience is nice to have.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent English.
Willingness to travel as required.
