JOB PURPOSE :

Chronos’s 2025 vision puts world-class content at the centre of our growth flywheel.  We already have the case studies, frameworks and stage presence. Now we need a STRATEGIC LEADER who can turn raw insight into a consistent omnichannel engine that drives qualified pipeline and shapes industry dialogue.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN :

Content Strategy → Cadence

• Build a quarterly roadmap across written articles, webinars, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcast, newsletters.
• Keep a bi-weekly “pillar asset” shipping rhythm without being “chased”.

Production Engine (budget provided)

• Source, brief, and manage freelance editors, designers, copywriters and other service providers.
• Publish airtight SOPs & QA every asset before it goes live.

Distribution & Growth

• Grow LinkedIn followers +50 %, YouTube watch-hours +100 % in 12 months.
• Secure ≥ 6 high-authority podcasts / stages for founders annually.

Attribution & Reporting

• Build HubSpot dashboards tying content touches to ≥ 25 % of the qualified pipeline.

Team Leadership

• Level-up our Content Marketer from executor to producer; coach, delegate and set clear growth milestones.

YOU WILL THRIVE HERE IF YOU :

• Spent 5–8 years turning B2B or agency ideas into actual revenue, not just “likes” and “good vibes.”

• Feel just as comfortable living in ClickUp/Notion boards as you do geeking out over HubSpot reports (bonus points if you actually enjoy it).

• Can brief an editor, tear through a copy edit like a pro, and still have three killer campaigns mapped out in your head before lunch.

• Love clean metrics, fast feedback loops and believe that “ownership > excuses” is a way of life, not just a catchy slogan.

• Based in Malaysia or Southeast Asia and can sync easily with Singapore hours - no 3 AM zombie meetings needed.

NICE TO HAVE :

• Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and eCommerce space.
• Fluency in Descript, Frame.io, Riverside, Adobe CC or AI-assist tools (Opus, ClipSpeed).
