Your role at Hostinger
Head of Creatives is a central role within Hostinger’s Creatives team. You’ll be responsible for leading the teams of creative copywriters, designers, videographers and campaign managers. Coordinating the commercial advertising production that engages and delivers results (brand trust and new billings) while aligning with Hostinger’s brand values, image, and voice. Working in tandem with the Creative Director and Head of Brand Experience, reporting to Head of Brand Image.

Your day-to-day
- Inspiring and empowering a team of teams (4 direct reports, overall approx. 15 people) to achieve their best engagement and performance.
- Driving advertising production strategy (recognizing the necessity of innovative ad structures and messaging, this role involves introducing novel advertising approaches to complement or challenge the existing paid media funnel), team staffing and budgeting.
- Leading creative and operational excellence.
- Supervising design, video and copywriting teams to align with the highest standard of brand image and advertising performance.
- Creating advertising production roadmap and ensuring its implementation. Staying flexible working in iterations to change course if needed. Delivering advertising assets for the Paid Media and other Marketing teams in best quality and on time.
- Owning creative quality metrics, including view-through rate (VTR), click-through rate (CTR), and skip rate, overall adherence to YT ABCD, and their impact on return on ad spend (ROAS). Taking ownership involves monitoring and understanding the impact of metrics, proposing improvements, and implementing actions to enhance those metrics when they support the Marketing department’s strategy.
- Delivering branded assets for various different Company teams in best quality and on time.
- Not just overseeing work but getting deeply involved into creative process efficiency and quality assessment.
- Ensure sessions, tools and workshops for the team to understand all advertising placements, their usage, benchmarks of performance, guidelines on making them.
Your skills and experience
- Technical subject skills - design, video or copywriting - presented in a portfolio.
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar senior creative leadership role.
- Aesthetic perspective.
- Advanced leadership skills.
- Communication and organization skills for building relationships across departments and getting things done.
- Pitching and negotiating with internal partners, writing and revising creative briefs and team strategy, understanding marketing and financial estimates, project management skills.
- Understanding of what’s good and bad advertising — and the reasons why.
- Demonstrated ability to execute tasks effectively, balancing vision with operational excellence and attention to detail.

Compensation
- Gross salary starting from 4500 EUR (depends on your experience and competencies).
