Requirements

  • 11+ of experience in software engineering, with 4+ in a leadership role

  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering products to market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with the following technologies: JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, Java, MySQL, MongoDB, AWS, GCP, etc

Responsibilities

  • Lead the engineering team, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies and plans to meet company goals
  • Drive product development, from ideation to launch, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure that our solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Manage the engineering budget and resource allocation
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry
