Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 11+ of experience in software engineering, with 4+ in a leadership role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and technologies
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering products to market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with the following technologies: JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, Java, MySQL, MongoDB, AWS, GCP, etc
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Develop and implement engineering strategies and plans to meet company goals
- Drive product development, from ideation to launch, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Ensure that our solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Manage the engineering budget and resource allocation
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry
