We’re SweedPos , a product-driven startup building an all-in-one cannabis retail platform. We’re on the lookout for a Head of Product Marketing to join our team remotely and help us scale and optimize our platform.

We’ve been on the market for 6 years, continuously growing and refining our product.
Our focus is on earning customer trust, which means constantly improving our delivery processes and rolling out new features. At the same time, we navigate the complex legal landscape of the cannabis industry, ensuring our platform remains compliant and future-proof.
Team Structure
Right now, our total team size is around 180 people:
The development team is distributed globally and organized into cross-functional product teams. These teams typically consist of 8–12 members, including front-end and back-end developers, QA specialists, and analysts.
Each team is led by a Team Lead and a Product Owner, ensuring effective collaboration and clear direction.
Meanwhile, our CEO, account managers, and customer success team are based in the USA, working closely with us to align product development with business and user needs.
What to do in the project?
This role involves directly managing one of the product teams and leading the Product Owner responsible for the second team focused on marketing tools
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for our customer acquisition team
Build and own tools, creating performing acquisition strategies based on data insights and campaign performance
Conduct market and customer research to gather insights and inform product development decisions
Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is up-to-date and prioritized based on business and customer impact
Analyze product performance and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve products
Perform independent business analysis of features
Manage the team’s daily operations, including hiring, motivation, and performance management
What professional skills are important for us?
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager role
Strong hands on experience with SEO, Paid ads or other marketing tools
Technical understanding of the product and the ability to communicate effectively with the development team.
Proven experience in a dynamically evolving product with constantly shifting priorities.
Familiarity with Kanban, and Scrum methodologies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to perform business analysis and project management
Upper-Intermediate and higher level of English. You will need to communicate with the English-speaking part of the team, clients and write and read the documentation in English
Additionally, you excel in creating exceptional products and driving metrics growth
