Lead the Future of Online Primary Education

Are you an innovative, ambitious, and forward-thinking leader with a passion for reimagining education? Do you thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments? If you’re looking for an opportunity to shape the future of global education and lead a pioneering, fully digital school, this is the role for you.

🚀 About bina

bina is a fast-growing, digitally native international school delivering high-quality education to children aged 4 to 12. With a flexible, home-based approach, bina provides internationally accredited, expert-led education to families across more than 35 countries. Having grown 4.5x year-over-year and reached $1M ARR, we are now scaling rapidly and expect to expand tenfold over the next two years. Our mission is to create a groundbreaking multiplayer learning environment where children and educators collaborate and grow in real-time across the globe.

🌟 The Opportunity

Equal Education Partners have been retained by bina to appoint a dynamic and experienced Head of School to lead all aspects of education, operations, and pedagogy. You will shape the future of online learning, oversee a diverse and talented team of educators, and ensure outstanding student outcomes. If you are passionate about leading a global, innovative, and student-centered school, we want to hear from you.

🎓 Key Responsibilities

Shape and Drive Educational Excellence

  • Lead the pedagogical and methodological vision of bina, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Develop, implement, and champion bina’s unique approach to primary education, emphasizing play-based and project-based learning.
  • Observe, enrich, and refine teaching practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Oversee accreditation processes, ensuring bina maintains and achieves recognized international standards.

Inspire and Lead the Educator Team

  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of 60+ educators across multiple time zones, growing to 150+ within two years.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture that empowers teachers and enhances student experiences.
  • Ensure all educators have professional development goals and access to top-tier training opportunities.
  • Promote educator satisfaction and retention, aiming for a 90%+ retention rate.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Oversee all aspects of school operations, ensuring seamless, efficient, and effective educational delivery.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive enrollment, student engagement, and family trust.
  • Implement a quality assurance system, including classroom observations, peer evaluations, and student assessments.
  • Lead financial planning and resource allocation to optimize impact and sustainability.

Build Strong Relationships with Families and Stakeholders

  • Create a warm, engaging, and supportive school community for students, parents, and educators.
  • Proactively address concerns, maintain high family satisfaction (65+ NPS target), and foster long-term relationships.
  • Partner with educational organizations and NGOs to enhance bina’s impact and outreach.

Advance bina’s Vision

  • Collaborate with R&D teams to design and test new educational models.
  • Play a key role in expanding bina’s influence globally through thought leadership, strategic partnerships, and innovative learning solutions.
  • Work towards developing a 24-hour global school, providing continuous, high-quality education across multiple time zones.
