We’re looking for a Head of Global Talent Acquisition to lead a small but globally dispersed recruitment team, ensuring Supermetrics attracts and hires experienced individuals to support our evolving business needs. You can be based in Dublin, Ireland, or Helsinki, Finland.
We’re looking for a capable people manager with a background in leading recruitment teams across multiple regions, particularly in environments where the TA function is transitioning or scaling. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with operational know-how and is skilled at building capability, elevating standards, and embedding global best practices in close partnership with their team.
This will be an 18-month maternity leave cover, with the possibility of an extension.
Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…
- Managing and globally scaling the TA function with a strategic, practical approach to talent acquisition.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a small, dispersed recruitment team (based in Helsinki, Ireland, and the US), encouraging collaboration, capability growth, and continuous improvement.
- Building Supermetrics’ talent strategy ensures we’re all aligned on what ideal talent looks like for us and what we can offer them.
- Partner with your team and the Employer Branding Manager to elevate the company’s image and candidate journey, making us an appealing choice for individuals in various talent markets worldwide.
- Enhancing our sourcing and pipelining strategy to strategically address hiring needs across all regions.
- Enhancing our existing structures to promote consistency and data-driven practices in our recruitment processes, leveraging technology and metrics to increase efficiency and insight.
- Collaborating closely with our leadership team and hiring managers, offering thought leadership and talent advisory to support critical hiring decisions.
This position is for you if you have…
- Approximately 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5+ years managing a geographically dispersed team.
- Demonstrated capability in establishing, enhancing, or evolving recruitment strategies in a growing international technology organization.
- Advanced stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior leaders and hiring managers to align recruitment with business needs.
- Experience navigating high-growth and transformation periods with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to balance both strategic improvements and operational execution.
- Practical experience with modern applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR tech tools, and talent marketing platforms.
- Robust understanding of talent analytics, workforce planning, and data-driven decision-making.
