We founded Protex AI in 2021 to develop AI-powered software for enterprise Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) teams. Our platform helps organizations make proactive safety decisions by using computer vision technology that integrates with existing CCTV infrastructure.

Our privacy-preserving platform automatically captures unsafe events in various settings like warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and ports. The system connects a vision processing box to CCTV, allowing EHS teams to set up custom safety rules and dashboards. It then provides insights into unsafe behaviors using our Gen-AI tool, Copilot, and reporting features, making it easier to decide on corrective actions and implement them quickly.

We have raised $54M to date and our team has over 60 employees. Our solutions are used across six continents. For example, our system helped one industrial manufacturer reduce targeted behaviors by 84%. A major UK packaging manufacturer saw a 62% reduction in safety events, and Marks and Spencer reduced overall incidents by 80% in their first 10 weeks. A global food distributor also achieved a 76% reduction in area control risks.
