We’re looking for a multifaceted sales professional to join Color’s Health Plan Team. You’ll have a unique opportunity to shape Color’s growth trajectory in a meaningful way. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage projects effectively, drive business development within closed Health Plan, PBM, & health services organization partnerships, and possess in-depth product knowledge. They will be a self-starter with excellent presentation skills and be able to communicate efficiently & effectively to achieve company goals. This person will also be adept at leveraging reporting, data analysis, and creating/delivering presentations. Additionally, they will be directly involved in team management, decision-making, and training/professional development. This role will work closely with and report to Color’s Head of Health Plan Sales.

How You’ll Contribute:

  • Strategy Ownership: Formulate and implement partner strategy, assume accountability for annual Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Manage contractual agreements, performance guarantees, and revenue-sharing negotiations across partnerships.
  • Growth: Facilitate the acquisition of millions of net new lives through strategic health plan partnerships, generating millions in revenue. Own and lead sales enablement and pipeline generation initiatives.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and enhance Health Plan, PBM, & services organization relationships with partner product, sales, account executive and leadership stakeholders to advance sales, strategic objectives, and product integration goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Own and lead operational processes and serve as the primary point of escalation for all operational, compliance, electronic filing, and billing matters.
  • Collaboration: Engage in cross-functional collaboration with internal client success teams to ensure robust and sustained client management for all assigned partnerships.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities through account management and relationship building.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and success criteria are met.
  • Product Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on the product, providing solutions and answering questions.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous successful work experience with health plans/PBM’s
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent project management abilities; showcased by a track record of balancing multiple projects/deals at a given time successfully
  • Business development acumen
  • Keen interest and proven ability to cultivate deep product expertise
  • Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously, executing tasks and projects with minimal oversight
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, as exhibited by an ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
  • Data analysis and reporting skills; experience interpreting reports and conveying the story the data represents to various stakeholders both internal and external
  • Experience and success navigating fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous work environments
  • Familiarity and aptitude with Google Suite and Salesforce

Base Salary Range: The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: work experience, market data, skills, geographic location, and business need. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
