About the Role We’re seeking an experienced HR Analyst to provide operational support and people data insights during our high-growth phase. In this crucial role, you’ll manage core HR processes such as payroll, onboarding/offboarding, and reporting. You’ll have the opportunity to streamline systems, improve data accuracy, and contribute to a positive employee experience, working closely with our People team and department leaders across the organization.
Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner
Track and report on employee attendance, leave balances, and schedule adherence
Generate weekly and monthly HR reports, including headcount, attrition, and onboarding metrics
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exits, ensuring compliance and a smooth experience
Prepare employment contracts, documentation, and other HR-related letters
Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS and document management systems
Ensure data consistency and support audits and compliance-related activities
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve HR processes and tools
Requirements
2+ years of experience in an HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or People Operations role
Experience processing payroll and managing HR documentation
Strong attention to detail and high standards for data accuracy
Proficiency in Google Workspace and HRIS tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Availability to work during US business hours

Collaboration: Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Ninety, Microsoft 365
Bonus Points
Experience supporting remote, distributed teams
Familiarity with employment compliance practices in the US
Experience in fast-scaling startups or tech environments
Exposure to automation tools or process improvement initiatives

Job Details:
Full-time status (40 hours per week)
Salary: 3.5 USD/hr
Schedule: 4 hours PH time, 4 hours EST time
