About the Role We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented New Business Launch Operations Manager to drive operational execution during the launch of a new business line. In this crucial role, you’ll partner closely with a dedicated Account Executive to convert leads into pilot clients and operationalize those pilots for scale. You’ll help create internal workflows, streamline handoffs, and stand up new systems—fast. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership position ideal for someone who can learn on the fly, adapt quickly, and bring structure to ambiguity.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with an Account Executive to take qualified leads from interest to live pilots
Build and manage onboarding workflows for new business line clients
Operationalize pilot programs, ensuring consistent execution and customer experience
- Identify inefficiencies and design scalable solutions for workflows and systems
Track and report progress across pilot accounts to internal stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful pilot launches and transitions
Set up automation tools and processes to streamline repetitive operational tasks
Continuously iterate and improve based on client feedback and operational results
Requirements
Proven experience in operations, business launch, or program management roles
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in fast-changing environments
Experience coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders
Comfort with ambiguity and learning quickly on the job
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Availability to work during US business hours
Tools & Technology
Automation & Workflow: Zapier, Airtable, Notion
Communication: Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Microsoft 365
Project Management: Asana or equivalent PM tools
Bonus Points
Experience launching a product or business line from scratch
Comfort designing and implementing automation workflows
Background in tech-enabled services or startups
Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools
Experience in retail, logistics, or service-based business models

Job Details:
Full-time status (40 hours per week)
Able to work during US Eastern time zone
Salary: $12 USD/hr
