Job Description:
We are looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources operations, with a focus on talent relations, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and HR process optimization.
The HR Manager will play a crucial role in building a positive work culture, ensuring compliance, enhancing HR policies, and driving workforce development. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to improving HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Compliance
- Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices to align with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, contractual regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee and maintain HR documentation, records, and contracts.
- Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and performance evaluation systems.
Talent Engagement & Development
- Develop and implement training programs and career development initiatives to support professional growth.
- Manage talent relations, conflict resolution, and workplace policies.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, employee feedback, and evaluations.
- Work closely with department heads to enhance employee experience and retention strategies.
Employee Relations & Culture Development:
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor for talent-related concerns, dispute resolution, and employee support.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
- Implement programs that enhance workplace well-being, collaboration, and motivation.
Strategic HR Planning & Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for HR process improvements and implement effective solutions.
Work with leadership to develop succession planning and workforce optimization strategies.
Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to track trends, measure performance, and guide decision-making.
Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Proven experience in an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or senior HR role.
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and contractual regulations.
Experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with leadership teams.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
