Role: HRIS Analyst
As an HRIS Analyst, you will manage and maintain our Human Capital Management (HCM) system and all related integrations. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, security, and efficiency of our HR data and technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing a new HCM system and a proven ability to support HR technology in a highly complex and matrixed organization. Strong organizational skills, data management expertise, and a commitment to confidentiality, security, and data integrity are key to success in this role. You will report into the Director of HR Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator for the HCM system, overseeing daily operations, system configuration, maintenance, and user support.
- Lead the full implementation of a new HCM system, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, and go-live support.
- Manage and maintain system integrations with Payroll, Benefits, IT, Finance, and other internal and external platforms.
- Provide technical system support for key annual HR processes such as open enrollment, performance reviews, and merit cycles, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Configure and onboard new companies or entities within the HCM system as part of mergers, acquisitions, or organizational expansions, ensuring proper setup of structures, data, and integrations.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy through regular audits, validations, and cleanup processes.
- Troubleshoot system issues, resolve user-reported problems, and provide timely technical support and guidance to HR team members and other system users.
- Support HR and business teams by delivering reliable reporting, analytics, and dashboards to inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and ongoing support for HR system users.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS/HCM administration, with direct involvement in managing and configuring platforms.
- Ability to travel into the NYC office on as-needed basis
- Demonstrated success leading or supporting a full-cycle HCM implementation.
- Experience supporting HR systems in a complex and matrixed organizational structure, with multiple locations, business units, or reporting lines.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes including employee lifecycle management, benefits, compensation, and timekeeping.
- Proven ability to manage integrations and coordinate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors.
- Intermediate Excel skills (i.e., Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc.) and experience developing reports and dashboards.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work across functions and levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, or a related field preferred, but not required
Estimated Salary: $110,000 – 130,000 with flexibility based on experience and skills.
