Who you are:

  • (Required) You bring 3+ years of experience in Accounting—ideally with a focus on Endowment Accounting or a related field—to support Balance, our endowment accounting solutions product.
  • You’re comfortable working independently to drive outcomes and build solutions, but you also thrive in an inclusive, collaborative environment. You consistently leverage strong communication and teamwork to get things done.
  • You have a background in customer service and are passionate about delivering an outstanding experience in every interaction.
  • Detail-oriented and naturally curious, you’re someone who seeks answers, asks thoughtful questions, welcomes feedback, and values precision. You learn quickly, approach challenges thoroughly, and hold yourself to a high standard.
  • Your communication skills—both written and verbal—are exceptional. You’re able to clearly explain complex, technical concepts to a range of stakeholders, whether technical or non-technical.
  • You’re technically savvy, with a strong understanding of how systems work independently and together. You stay informed on emerging technology and enjoy applying what you learn. You’re familiar with tools like Asana or Trello for project management, platforms like Freshdesk, Zendesk, or Front for support, and issue tracking tools such as Jira.
  • You excel in project management and bring a strong analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritize and multitask across a range of responsibilities.
  • Fast-paced environments energize you. You’re comfortable wearing many hats, managing multiple projects of various sizes, and making smart decisions about what needs your focus most.
  • You exercise sound judgment and maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

What you’ll do:

This is a hybrid role primarily supporting both the Implementation and Customer Support teams, with opportunities to contribute in additional areas as needed.

  • Lead successful customer implementations, product upgrades, and migrations based on the Implementation team’s project needs and workload.
  • Deliver customer training through live and recorded webinars and videos. Contribute to both internal and customer-facing knowledge bases by creating or updating articles and training materials.
  • Provide thoughtful, solution-oriented customer support for our Balance and Impact platforms, including how-to guidance and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Respond to customer requests, questions, and issues across multiple communication channels—delivering a best-in-class customer experience while meeting key KPIs and service level agreements.
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing project manager for product-related special projects, and assist with ad-hoc work across both support and non-support functions.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, including new releases, feature updates, and deprecated functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across EverTrue—including Customer Success, Sales, Services, Engineering, and Product.
  • Actively participate in team, department, and company meetings, contributing to discussions and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in a rotating schedule for off-hours coverage and inbox monitoring.
