Our platform automates many parts of the hiring process: it screens candidates ²⁴⁄₇ via chat, filters and ranks them instantly, schedules interviews without direct calls, and manages onboarding. We also deliver real-time, data-driven insights to our clients.

Our mission is to accelerate and humanize high-volume hiring for frontline workers across LATAM. We aim to increase frontline workers’ access to professional opportunities by building infrastructure that makes them visible and by making the recruiting experience human and fair.

We are a remote-first team of 51-200 employees. Our work environment focuses on designing and building modules for interview scheduling, automation, and AI-powered agents to reduce manual work and improve efficiency. We emphasize hands-on backend development, adopting AI tools, and building scalable, reliable systems that prioritize candidate experience. Our team ships code frequently, monitors performance, addresses production issues, and collaborates with multiple stakeholders. We have an open hiring policy for candidates across LATAM, aligning with Argentina’s time zone.
