We are looking for Infrastructure Project Manager who is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT infrastructure projects that support business operations and strategic initiatives. This role ensures seamless coordination across cross functional teams, manages project risks, and drives timely delivery of infrastructure solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

 Project Leadership & Execution

• Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects (e.g., surge readiness, data center migrations, enterprise software transitions).

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

• Coordinate with site leads and remote teams for successful deployments.

• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and scope requirements.

• Maintain stakeholder satisfaction throughout all phases.

 Technical Oversight

• Supervise infrastructure components including Zero Trust technologies, firewalls, Microsoft Azure, and endpoint security systems.

• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with IT security policies.

 Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and crossfunctional teams.

• Negotiate goals and expectations across departments.

• Lead regular updates and communicate progress, obstacles, and deliverables.

 Process Optimization

• Drive automation and documentation improvements using tools like JIRA.

• Lead onboarding and transitions for new sites/systems with minimal disruption.

• Create and maintain SOPs and checklists for consistent execution.

 Compliance & Governance

• Embed privacy and security objectives into all project phases.

• Maintain documentation for audits, disaster recovery, and business

continuity.

 Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to ensure project success.

• Translate project instructions into actionable strategies.

• Communicate clearly and adapt to direction effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project management.

• Expertise in risk management and resource allocation.

• Strong knowledge of ITIL 4 and PMP standards.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.

• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.

• Hands-on experience with cloud migration projects and hybrid infrastructure environments.

o Preferred Skills:

• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Service management tools, JAMF, Zero trust solutions, Fortigate, and Microsoft 365.

• Knowledge of hybrid and remote infrastructure support models.

• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously across diƯerent

departments in a fast-paced environment.

• Certification in ITIL4, Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum master).
