Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:
This is a hunter-style sales role. You’ll be responsible for prospecting and closing new vacation rental homeowners from the internal database, as well as growing the real estate agent referral network. You’ll spend most of your day cold calling, qualifying leads, and closing signed contracts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Cold call and prospect vacation rental owners from provided databases (REI Sift, Zillow, etc.).
Qualify leads and assesses fit for our management services.
Follow up via phone, email, and text using CRM workflowsSales1.
Conduct discovery and sales calls via phone or zoom.
Close property management agreements.
Reach out to real estate agents to build referral partnerships.
Track all sales activity in our CRM (Zoho or similar).
Provide weekly updates on pipelines, signed contracts, and outreach.
3+ years’ sales experience, someone who can handle cold calls and close deals, with a preference for someone who has experience of dealing with executive-level clients.
Strong B2B Sales Experience: Preferably full cycle, with a track record of exceeding quotas
Experience in the real estate, financial services, or other high-trust, consultative sales roles is advantageous, though not a strict requirement.
Excellent English (neutral or U.S. friendly accent).
Strong communicator with persistence.
Organized and metric driven.
CRM and phone systems experience.
