Job description
Our client is an AI engine for life sciences marketing teams that accelerates the creation, evaluation, and distribution of personalized content. We allow pharmaceutical brand teams to rapidly deploy compliant content at-scale.
This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team that takes pride in their positive impact to their clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review, edit, and refine AI-generated copy and visual content across therapeutic areasβfrom branded HCP leave-behinds to unbranded patient education materials.
- Make changes to documents in PDF, Figma, and HTML formats, with tasks ranging from simple textual changes to more complex design modifications, all submitted through the company platform.
- Adjust and optimize AI-generated layouts, graphics, and design elements to ensure brand compliance and visual impact.
- Guide our AI models on tone, style, visual hierarchy, and structure by shaping prompts, curating training examples, and evaluating both written and visual outputs.
- Collaborate with copywriters to ensure content alignment with client requirements, and with the product & engineering teams to improve model performance for both copy and design generation based on real brand content needs.
- Capture user feedback from brand and agency partners to continuously improve how the platform generates integrated creative content.
- Help define creative and editorial standards that balance scientific accuracy, brand voice, visual impact, marketing clarity, and regulatory requirements.
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
- Must have at least 1 to 2 years of graphic design experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Figma, with experience using these tools to refine and adjust layouts and graphics.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a life science, communications, design, or related field
- A passion for language, visual storytelling, and the challenge of optimizing AI-generated content that informs, inspires, and engages through multiple touchpoints.
- Interest in AI and how it can transform both written and visual content creationβno technical background required, just curiosity and a builder mindset.
- Superb communication and collaboration skills. We believe in direct communication and willingness to provide as well as accept criticism.
- Unreal work ethic. Diamonds were not made overnight.
- Must have their own equipment
Advantageous / Nice to Have:
- Advanced degree (Pharm.D., M.S., MPH, Ph.D.) or design certification preferred
- Familiarity with content types used across the pharma lifecycle: launch materials, MOA visuals, disease education, mechanism messaging, sales aids, etc.
