We are seeking an Insights Analyst to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.
Job Description
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Adobe Analytics to extract actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making for our clients. Key responsibilities include:
Utilizing Adobe Analytics and Adobe Workspace to configure and maintain tracking setups for websites and digital platforms, ensuring accurate data collection.
Generating and maintaining reports and interactive dashboards using Adobe Analytics Workspace to visualize and communicate KPIs and relevant metrics.
Analyzing Adobe Analytics data to identify trends, user behavior patterns, and conversion paths, uncovering insights that drive optimization strategies.
Collaborating with marketing, UX/UI, and development teams to understand business goals and translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies.
Crafting compelling data stories that transform complex datasets into clear, understandable narratives for stakeholders.
Developing and delivering presentations that combine data visualizations, insights, and storytelling to effectively communicate findings.
Monitoring data quality and troubleshooting tracking issues to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytics data.
If you’re based outside of Montevideo, Uruguay or BogotΓ‘, Colombia, you can work 100% remotely. If you’re located in Montevideo or BogotΓ‘, you also have the option to work from our local offices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
2-6 years of experience in Adobe Analytics reporting & insight generation.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Workspace for report creation and data analysis.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics Workspace) to create impactful dashboards.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to uncover actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
Problem-solving skills to identify tracking issues and data anomalies.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What about languages?
You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team.
How much experience must I have?
We’re looking for someone with +2 years of experience as a Insights Analyst or related roles.
