What you’ll do:

Create engaging eLearning modules, instructional content, and assessments for onboarding and systems training, using current instructional methodologies.

Work with SMEs to ensure accurate, relevant, and aligned training materials with business goals.

Oversee the integration and upkeep of content within our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring ease of access and organization.

Conduct learner analysis to tailor content to various audiences.

Continuously assess and improve materials based on learner feedback and organizational needs.

Implement new instructional methods and media types, such as interactive assessments and simulations, to boost engagement and knowledge retention.

What we’re looking for:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.

Experience:

3-5 years in instructional design, ideally in a SaaS environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in LMS administration and eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate) with a strong understanding of eLearning standards.

Instructional Knowledge: Deep knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models like ADDIE, and best practices.

Communication and Detail Orientation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.

Preferred Skills: Experience with multimedia production tools, such as video editing or graphic design software, is a plus.
