- Experienced in developing multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and demonstration models to enhance learning experiences
- Adept at managing the change impact of training programs at all organizational levels
- Certified in key ERP systems, including Oracle UPK, Odyssey Court Management Suite, and others
- Extensive experience in project management and agile methodologies, with certifications in PMP, Scrum, and Lean Six Sigma
