Founded in 1994, we are an ethics and compliance company. We help organizations navigate legal and regulatory environments and build ethical cultures. We offer practical analytics, software, education, and strategic advice. Our aim is to reduce the risk of ethical and compliance failures, which in turn helps build trust and reputation.

Our products include LRN Catalyst, an ethics and compliance management platform. We also have Smart Code, which turns codes of conduct into interactive websites, and Catalyst Phishing, designed to reduce cyber risk through behavior-based simulations and microlearning. We provide the Inspire Library for learning content.

We’ve published reports such as the 2025 Code of Conduct Report and the Global Study on E&C Program Maturity. In 2010, we reached 100 million course completions. We expanded through acquisitions, bringing in Interactive Services in 2020 and Thomson Reuters’ Compliance Learning business unit in 2022.
