We invite a proactive, people-oriented, and organized Intermediate HR Manager to join our HR team at Dev.Pro. In this role, youβll drive improvements in work processes and contractor benefits, enhance team motivation, and help foster a positive and collaborative culture across the organization. Youβll primarily support our delivery teams in Latin America, managing the full contractor lifecycle β from onboarding through development to performance reviews and offboarding.

β Is that you?
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a People Partner or similar role
- Strong theoretical HR knowledge, including key principles and best practices
- Experience managing the full contractor lifecycle (onboarding, adaptation, performance reviews, etc.)
- Experience with HR metrics and reporting
- Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of team dynamics and group performance
- Strong consulting skills to advise contractors and managers on HR matters
- Intermediate+ English level
- Composure and resilience under pressure
- Initiative and a strong focus on achieving goals
- Strong IT knowledge and understanding of various IT roles and challenges
Desirable:
- Experience working in tech companies and with international or remote teams
- Familiarity with HR software and tools
π§© Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll work closely with our delivery teams across Latin America to manage HR processes and support contractors.
- Manage the full contractor lifecycle: onboarding, adaptation, performance reviews, and offboarding
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with contractors to provide guidance and support
- Consult project managers and contractors on HR-related issues and questions
- Participate in performance review meetings to evaluate and support contractors
- Track and report key HR metrics to measure team health and process effectiveness
- Support and enhance company-wide HR processes and initiatives
