This is an exciting opportunity to learn from industry leaders, experience *inspiring* agency life, and work on real projects for our INCREDIBLE clients. We are looking for a Summer/Fall 2025 Intern to join our Awards& Marketing practice group!
What you can expect as a M Booth Intern:
This is a great opportunity for an aspiring entry-level candidate to grow with hands-on work and exposure into M Booth’s multi-award-winning work! You’ll get exposure to creative and reputation management campaigns produced by all of M Booth’s practice areas.
Key Responsibilities (this varies depending on what team you’re assigned to):
- Update and maintain awards monitoring and lists
- Source materials for awards submissions
- Conduct online research around upcoming awards opportunities — including noting deadline, fees, formatting and eligibility — and the overall awards and marketing landscape with a focus on clients and competitors.
- Work with the core awards team to establish deadlines and schedules to implement cross-functionally across teams to ensure awards deadline are met
- Keep online files database organized via Google Drive
- Work closely with brand development and social media teams on social media content, including drafting captions and other copy.
- Join weekly meetings with the awards team for progress updates and action items.
- Join monthly cross-functional calls to discuss broader marketing coordination across the agency.
Operational Details:
- Duration: 10 weeks
- Hours: 10 hours/week
- Compensation: $17/hour
