This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, experimentation, and global strategy. You’re detail-oriented, results-driven, and passionate about building customer experiences that convert across diverse cultural and linguistic landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze international user behavior to identify friction points, drop-offs, and areas for optimization in top-tier (T1) markets.
Partner with CRO pods to coordinate and localize A/B tests and experimentation roadmaps.
Maintain and prioritize an international optimization backlog in collaboration with external agencies and product managers.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing teams to align on localized strategies for acquisition and retention across all digital surfaces.
Work with localization and content teams to QA and optimize SEO-optimized content in T1 markets.
Monitor international organic performance—track keyword rankings, CTRs, and engagement metrics—and implement improvements.
Optimize local content and landing pages for relevance, keyword alignment, and conversion effectiveness.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into international growth and conversion performance.
Champion local market needs during experimentation planning, ensuring cultural relevance and local context are considered at every step.
What You Bring
A data-informed mindset with experience interpreting behavioral data to drive growth.

Experience working across global teams and navigating cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with international SEO best practices and content performance metrics.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a strategic lens.
Curiosity, follow-through, and a bias toward action in ambiguous or evolving environments.
