Business Development Director, Global Content Services – Europe

Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to accelerate our growth in Europe across High-Growth (Mid-Market) and Enterprise accounts. This role focuses on relationship-driven, service-led consultative selling. You will leverage strong storytelling skills and a deep understanding of the digital content ecosystem to build a robust sales pipeline and drive revenue.
We are looking for a hunter with proven success selling content services to senior marketing leaders (Director to CMO level), within global or multilingual organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Independently identify new business and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
Engage and influence marketing decision-makers through compelling sales presentations.
Understand client needs within the broader digital ecosystem and tailor proposals accordingly.
Develop winning sales strategies in collaboration with internal teams (Strategy, Operations, and Creative).
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM reporting.
Lead renewal processes in coordination with delivery and account teams.
Qualifications
5–7+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record in content services.
3+ years in consultative selling within an agency or marketing services environment.
Proven ability to exceed quota and build strong client relationships.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to operate independently and cross-functionally.
Strong communication and storytelling ability; confident engaging senior stakeholders.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.
Preferred Technology Experience
Salesforce for opportunity and pipeline management.
Outreach and ZoomInfo for prospecting.
Gong or similar conversational intelligence platforms.
PowerPoint for client-facing presentations.
Remote role with occasional in-person meetings. Applicants must be located and eligible to work within the European Union.
