We’re looking for an experienced IT Copywriter to lead content creation across all brands of the cogify group, a Swiss software development and IT consulting company with several innovative products.
In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll write persuasive, clear, and structured content for sales, marketing, web, and product needs—working closely with the CMO, product owners, and designer.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales & Marketing Copy: sales decks, brochures, one-pagers
- Web & Landing Pages: cogify, inPositiv, Organitz, iCards
- Blog & SEO Content: thought leadership, articles, and keyword-optimized posts
- Social Media & Email: post copy, email newsletters, announcements
- Product Content: onboarding pages, user flows, feature updates
- Internal Comms & Employer Branding: job ads, career page, team updates
You’ll also:
- Publish content using WordPress, Strapi or similar tools
- Collaborate with design and marketing to shape complete campaigns
- Maintain a consistent tone across brands and products
Experience & Skills Required:
3–5+ years of experience writing in the IT, software, or consulting space
Native or C2-level German
Working proficiency in English (internal collaboration)
Ability to write conversion-oriented, brand-consistent copy
Familiarity with SEO, CMS platforms, and publishing workflows
Ability to work across multiple brands while staying focused and self-managed
Proven experience in B2B IT/software/technology marketing and sales.
Ability to work remotely as a freelancer, with monthly contract up to 150-hour.
Nice to Have :
Proficiency in French
Familiarity with ERP, SaaS, or agile consulting content
Past experience with Swiss or DACH-based companies
Light design/layout experience or collaboration skills with designers
