Summary
The job is for an IT Recruiter who will manage the recruitment process, build a pipeline of top talent, partner with hiring teams, develop interview plans, and manage the offer process. The position requires at least 2 years of full life-cycle IT recruiting experience, ability to evaluate technical and non-technical aptitude, experience in sourcing for technical and non-technical candidates through multiple channels, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience working in a global hiring environment (APAC region).
Requirements

- Experience in sourcing for technical and non-technical candidates through multiple channels (including social media, targeted sourcing campaigns, networking events, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a global hiring environment (APAC region)
