We build an all-in-one HR, payroll, and hiring platform for the hourly workforce. Our platform provides tools for managing the employee lifecycle, data, benefits, and compliance. We also offer health benefits and insurance plans to U.S. small to medium-sized (SMB) employers. We are a Series B startup with over $120M in funding, serving local businesses, especially in the restaurant industry.

We operate in a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup environment with globally distributed teams. Our engineering and QA organization includes over 80 engineers and 12 QA professionals. We aim to unify Eastern and Western work cultures and foster collaboration across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and partnerships. In some roles, we encourage an entrepreneurial approach, emphasizing documentation quality and continuous improvement. Our work environments vary: some positions are permanently remote, others are hybrid based in Lehi, Utah, or require presence in San Francisco and Menlo Park. Our Philippines team works remotely with occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila.
