Job description
Serve as the central point of contact for product training and demonstrations
Improve and develop training concepts, materials, and tools for our Smart Reporting products
Provide high-quality education on all aspects to customers and partners
Foster adoption and steer the customer from the first interaction towards happily using our product
Understand customer’s user workflows and interaction with legacy software as well as our new product to ensure best use of our solution
Support Sales and the Partner Success Team by providing product demonstrations
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Medical Engineering, Radiology — or experience as an MTRA / MT or within the healthcare sector
Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare workflows
A proactive, independent, and highly customer-focused approach
Strong communication skills and a reliable, structured working style
Business-fluent in German and English (spoken & written)
Willingness to travel across Germany for client visits (2–3 times/month)
