We are looking for a Junior Business Application Specialist in Procure-to-Pay Area with primarily focus on supporting procurement tool Coupa. Procure-to-Pay Coupa Team is part of OLX Finance Systems Department responsible for applications supporting procurement activities in several OLX entities (from Poland, Romania, Portugal, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Spain, Netherlands, South Africa). Coupa team is working closely with SAP team to standardize global business processes and deliver key strategic features in Coupa and SAP systems.
As Junior Application Specialist you will be engaged in:
Coupa Business-as-usual Support and Process Improvement:
- Act as a support desk for Coupa related tasks and incidents, providing technical support to internal users
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in collaboration with SAP team
- Perform testing for implementation of new functionalities, release management and tool improvements
- Oversee system configurations and customizations, maintain system documentation
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Coupa system
- Support internal and external audits by providing reports on transactional and system data
Profile and Experience
- Our ideal candidate is analytical and customer-oriented, equally enjoys working with technologies and people
- Has a curious mind and feels excited about learning new tools
- Has Bachelor degree
- Advanced English
- Experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable or Finance team is a benefit
- Experience with business applications eg SAP, Coupa, ServiceNow, Jira would be a benefit

- Location: Poland
- Hybrid Poznan/Warsaw or Remote within Poland
