Summary

The role is for a Channel Sales Manager at Huawei responsible for managing partners to achieve commercial sales objectives while driving growth and channel sales expansion. The employee will contribute to departmental sales goals, build relationships with partners and customers, introduce Huawei solutions, handle problems within sales processes, deliver the channel strategy, and provide market insights.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Channel Sales
  • Candidates, preferably with sales experience in the IT industry, who have previously worked as Channel Sales Manager or Account Manager or Sales Manager will be preferred
  • Conduct meetings/presentations with Partners and Customers to highlight Huawei solutions
  • Organize training sessions for Partners in order to improve their capability
  • Provide business analysis and market insight about competitors, to make Huawei products & solutions more competitive in market
  • Have good communications skills and rich experience in project bidding
  • Fluent English
  • Capable to work in an international environment, adaptability and flexibility to changes in a fast growing organization

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the sales goals of your department and align with organizational goals
  • Build a strong relationship with Channel Partners and Customers of Channel Partners
  • Introduce Huawei solutions to Channel Partners and Customers of Channel Partners in order to create new sales opportunities
  • Handle problems within sales processes
  • Deliver Huawei’s Channel strategy to Channel Partners
