About the Role
Join Keep as a Junior Compliance Analyst, where your eye for detail and analytical mindset will help uphold the regulatory integrity of a fast-growing fintech. You’ll work closely with our compliance team to support policy development, risk assessments, and internal reviews that ensure we stay ahead of industry standards. Who We’re Looking For
You have strong analytical skills and can interpret regulatory requirements into clear, actionable steps.
You’re highly detail-oriented and organized — nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
You’re a team player who thrives in collaborative environments and communicates effectively with cross-functional teams.
You’re comfortable using Google Sheets and Excel to support data reviews, reporting, and documentation.
You embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly in fast-moving environments, always looking for ways to improve systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support Compliance Reviews: Conduct regulatory compliance assessments and reviews to ensure adherence to relevant laws and standards.
Assist with Policy Development: Help draft and implement internal policies, procedures, and controls to support regulatory excellence.
Monitor Regulatory Changes: Stay up to date with industry developments and recommend adjustments to our compliance strategy.
Contribute to Risk Assessments: Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating compliance-related risks.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product, operations, and legal to offer guidance on compliance-related matters.
Investigate and Document Issues: Support internal investigations and help maintain clear records for audits and regulatory exams.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports and ensure meticulous documentation to support transparency and regulatory audits.
