The job is for an outsourced sales role with a focus on identifying influencers and key decision-makers within accounts, offering solutions for growth. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of B2B sales and marketing experience, excellent communication skills in English, a BA/BS degree, and experience with Hubspot. The role requires strong project management, consultative sales, and client service skills. The job is permanent and offers unlimited paid sick leave and holiday leave.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales & marketing experience ideally in a B2B setting
  • Strong track record of customer retention, and continually meeting revenue goals or KPI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with 10/10 score is strongly preferred
  • BA/BS Degree strongly preferred
  • Experience with Hubspot is a huge plug
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a team
  • Working shift hours will be 1PM to 10PM shift
  • Must Support USA, UK AND AUSTRALIA market in sale

Responsibilities

  • Identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts
  • Discover qualified opportunities with targeted outbound prospecting strategies
  • Understand customer’s unique challenges, profile, and provide solutions for growth
