About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Frontend Software Engineer to take ownership of our frontend architecture and development. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, a deep understanding of modern frontend technologies, and a proven track record in building scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires hands-on development with Vue.js and GraphQL while also providing technical guidance and mentorship to the frontend team.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and architecture of frontend applications using Vue.js and GraphQL.
Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend solutions.
Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to build seamless user experiences.
Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive continuous improvements.
Stay up to date with the latest frontend trends and technologies and implement them where appropriate.
Work in an agile environment with a focus on delivering high-quality software efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or senior role.
Strong expertise in Vue.js
Proficiency in GraphQL
Experience working with component-based architecture and reusable UI patterns.
Experience optimizing performance and handling large-scale applications.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Strong understanding of security best practices in frontend development.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
