Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead product strategy, development, and enhancement of analytics and investment platforms
Translate business and financial insights into intuitive product features for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate closely with data scientists, developers, and investment analysts
Conduct market, user, and technical research to shape product direction
Apply AI-driven research techniques to support innovative product solutions
Define KPIs and use data to guide product iterations and performance tracking
Represent the product function in strategic planning and investor-related discussions
Occasionally travel to Southeast Asia (Indonesia, 1–2 times per year initially)
Requirements:
Technical & Analytical
Strong financial analysis skills
Proficient in Excel, SQL, Python; familiarity with AI-driven tools for data modeling or research
Ability to extract, interpret, and visualize complex data sets to inform product decisions
Industry Knowledge
Proven experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, or investment-tech ecosystems
Understanding of investor needs, deal flow management, and performance tracking in alternative assets
Leadership & Communication
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, investment, data)
Ability to lead without formal authority, with excellent communication and presentation skills
Education
- Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Financial Engineering, or related technical field
