We’re looking for exceptional Ruby on Rails Backend Engineers to join their world-class remote team and help deliver seamless, high-performance experiences to a global audience.
As a Ruby Backend Engineer, you will :
Architect and implement scalable backend features and APIs
Optimize database queries and backend performance
Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, and Data teams
Participate in technical planning, code reviews, and testing
Ensure system reliability and high performance at scale
Requirements
3+ years with Ruby on Rails in high-growth environments
Strong understanding of backend systems, performance, and architecture
Experience with scalable, high-traffic systems
Clean, testable code and database optimization skills
Ownership mentality and ability to ship independently
Comfort working on NSFW or uncensored products
