What You Will Do

We are looking for a high energy, highly motivated, and creative person to join the team as a Supply Chain Operations Learner.As a Supply Chain Operations Learner in our fast-paced and rapidly expanding environment, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting key supply chain and inventory operations. You’llassist in maintaining and updating raw material inventories, coordinating logistics for material pickups, and issuing purchase orders to our raw and repack facilities. You’ll also help keep supply planning files current to reflect real-time inventory levels and support cross-functional teams by tracking SKU prioritization and fulfilling sample requests for sales and marketing. This is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of supply chain management while contributing to meaningful projects in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Raw materials support
  • Maintaining and updating raw material inventories
  • Tendering trucks for material pickups based on inventory needs at our repack sites
  • Issuing POs to both raw Manufacturing sites and re-pack facilities
  • Planning Support
  • Maintaining and updating supply planning files to accurately reflect real time WOS
  • Monitoring SKU prioritization requests from cross functional teams
  • Monitor prioritization channel and communicating adjustments to plan as needed
  • Coordinating sales and marketing samples
  • Monitoring ecomm packaging WOS and consumption
  • Other tasks as needed

Reports to: Manager, Supply Planning

Location: Remote

Type: Part Time, non-exempt

Pay Range Opportunity:

  • The pay range for this role is $20 - $25 per hour
  • Weekly hours required: 20 - 28 hours
  • This is a part-time 6 month temporary, non-exempt position with potential opportunity for extension and/or to turn into full-time opportunity based on business needs

Compensation Philosophy & Total Comp:

  • Our pay ranges are based on verified market data and our philosophy of paying competitively for our size and industry
  • Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company
