Our platform provides social media analytics, post scheduling, an AI assistant for captions and hashtags, and social listening tools. All your social accounts feed into one unified inbox. It includes DM automations, sentiment analysis for brand and competitor mentions, and competitor benchmarking. Team functionalities cover assigning DMs, approval workflows, and custom user access. You can schedule up to 350 posts in bulk, auto-route and tag messages, and create customizable analytics reports.

We also offer Ow.ly, a URL shortener that tracks clicks, website visits, conversions, and engagement. You can create custom vanity URLs, and it integrates with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. Hootbio is our link-in-bio tool for Instagram and TikTok. Finally, Hootsuite Academy provides free online courses and paid certifications in social media marketing, social selling, and using our platform.

We have between 1,001 and 5,000 employees. We offer flexible work options, including remote-first and hybrid roles across different locations.
