Internally, we use Workday Financials to manage our finances. We also manage a Salesforce platform that supports our growing Provider Operations, which includes tools like Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce Agents. Our accounting team focuses on integrating and automating key financial processes, especially Order-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable. We also have quality assurance efforts that include evaluating performance, auditing pharmacy workflows, and refining protocols for continuous improvement.
