Job description
We are looking for a Legal Intake Specialist to enhance case conversions through a voice-based intake system. This role primarily focuses on outbound calls, but may also involve handling inbound calls as needed, guiding potential clients through the intake process, and accurately capturing case details.
Your responsibilities include:
Make outbound calls to follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, online forms, or referrals.
Handle inbound calls as needed to support team collaboration and workflow continuity.
Adhere to a structured outbound script while building rapport and handling objections.
Consistently meet daily and weekly call volume targets and conversion benchmarks.
Accurately capture and update client information using CRM tools.
Manage rejections professionally and escalate qualified leads efficiently.
Provide clear and timely updates on availability, performance blockers (e.g., headset issues), or missed targets.
Participate in coaching sessions and apply feedback proactively.
Maintain transparency and accountability in daily work logs and call quality.
Law fresh graduates, paralegals, or candidates with experience in customer service, legal intake, or call centers are welcome.
Strong sense of accountability - reliable with schedules, updates, and response times.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Open to coaching, quick to apply feedback, and resilient under pressure.
Must be able to operate with consistent internet connection and functional equipment (headset, PC).
Flexibility in handling campaign shifts based on business needs.
