Job description

Legal Intern We are looking for a Legal Intern who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

  • To assist the legal team in managing relevant tasks related to legal research, drafting and compliance.
  • To conduct research on specific legal aspects and prepare comprehensive documents based on the findings.
  • Drafting, reviewing and redlining of NDAs and other agreements as per the business requirement.
  • Provide legal support and coordinate with internal stakeholders as may be necessary.

Requirements

  • Pre-final year - BA LLB, BBA LLB students with experience and/or interest in the SaaS industry.
  • In-house experience (internship)
  • Exposure to areas such as Employment laws, compliance laws, contracts
  • Domain knowledge on Contracts
  • Sound knowledge of commercial contracting, other principles underlying the law of contracts across geographies and industries, global standards, and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly
  • Good attention to detail and organisational abilities,
  • A good understanding of AI, technology, intellectual property and corporate laws.
  • Duration of internship - 1 month (subject to extension on the basis of performance and business requirements)
  • Working Model - 5 days (Remote)
