Responsibilities
- Representing clients in lemon law cases and other related consumer protection matters
- Conducting client consultations to evaluate cases and provide legal advice
- Drafting legal documents, such as demand letters, complaints, and settlement agreements
- Negotiating settlements with manufacturers, dealerships, and insurance companies
- Participating and representing clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials
- Working collaboratively with legal professionals to provide excellent legal services to clients
- Providing strategic legal advice and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process
- Handling court appearances and hearings when necessary
