Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Payroll Processor to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations, employee satisfaction, and compliance with internal policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving.
Responsibilities
• Process employee payments on schedule and with accuracy
• Issue paychecks and maintain related records
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues
• Generate and deliver payroll-related reports for internal stakeholders
• Reconcile payroll data and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Administer employee benefit payments in alignment with company policies
• Perform other administrative and support tasks related to payroll operations
•Hands-on experience with Prism payroll software is a must
• Previous payroll processing experience preferred
• Background in customer service is a plus
•Accounting experience is beneficial
