What You Will Do
- Participate in shift rotation to respond to product infrastructure alerts and incidents.
- Monitor product infrastructure issues with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Graylog and have full access to the infrastructure.
- Work on regular product infrastructure maintenance, debugging, enhancing, and development tasks.
- Document actions so your findings turn into repeatable actions - and then into automation.
- Optimize and implement automation on multiple projects with Ansible.
- Implement new and improve current services using Python, Bash, or other tools most suitable for the task.
What We Expect
- You are fluent in English to work on a global team.
- Experience with Linux system administration, coupled with a passion for monitoring and monitoring-driven operations.
- Practical knowledge of using bash commands to debug logs, service outputs, and network/firewall issues.
- An insatiable appetite for learning and becoming innovative.
- Team player mindset with a go-for-it attitude and the ability to collaborate and communicate asynchronously.
- Nice skills to have: Capability to script with Python, PHP, Bash, Go, or other programming languages
