Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 0-1 years of work experience, preferably in a business-related field
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently
- A proactive, flexible mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and contribute positively to group dynamics
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with business software/tools
Responsibilities
- Engage in a series of rotational placements across key departments to gain broad exposure to the business
- Participate in and manage projects that contribute to strategic business initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Analyze business performance metrics, conduct market research, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes
- Identify areas for process improvement and work with teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Work closely with mentors and senior management, receiving guidance and feedback to hone your leadership abilities
- Attend regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars to build technical skills, business acumen, and leadership qualities
- Build relationships with peers, mentors, and industry professionals to expand your network and gain diverse perspectives
