We’re looking for a HubSpot Solutions Architect who thrives on solving complex challenges and takes a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, proposing solutions, and driving improvements across the organization. You’ll be working cross-functionally to architect and optimize scalable solutions across Marketing and Sales, supporting a high-growth, data-driven organization.
Position Responsibilities:
- Designing scalable, efficient, and sustainable HubSpot solutions that align with business goals, technical standards, and best practices.
- Improving data integrity across HubSpot and connected platforms.
- Building and optimizing workflows, integrations, and the HubSpot UI to support streamlined sales processes.
- Project Management: Translate business requirements into executable HubSpot solutions and drive the timely execution of project roadmaps and key deliverables.
- Team Member Management: Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Quality Assurance: Review and validate team deliverables for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of CRM admin experience
- 2+ years of Hubspot admin experience with proven work in large, complex environment
- Strong understanding of Hubspot (Marketing, Sales, Ops Hubs) and associated tools (Workflows, Reports, Lists)
- Experience integrating Hubspot with external systems using API’s and middleware like Zapier
- Familiarity with RevOps principles
- Ability to prioritize across multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data migrations and CRM governance
- Experience building and maintaining HubSpot custom code actions
- Management experience (directing projects with multiple team members)
- Experience with HubSpot AI functionalities
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years PandaDoc experience
- Experience building and maintaining Microsoft PowerAutomate Flows & PowerApps
- Experience building and maintaining custom Hubspot UI extensions
